Getting started
The first launch asks a few questions, one a screen: your units, your goal in your own words, your experience, your days and time, and where you train. Change any of them later in Profile.
Then start a first workout, build a program, or bring your history across.
Bringing your history across
Setlist reads Hevy and Strong exports, spreadsheets (.xlsx and CSV), Word documents and a log you paste. Every name is reviewed before anything is saved, and an import can be undone. Import guides
iCloud sync
Workouts, sessions, programs and exercises sync through your own iCloud. Body measurements stay on the phone where you entered them.
If Settings says This device only, sign in to iCloud in the iOS Settings app, check iCloud Drive is on, and reopen Setlist.
Each Apple Account is a separate, private log. Two people on two accounts never see each other's data unless one shares with the other as a trainer.
Apple Health
Settings, Apple Health. Setlist reads body weight and body fat, heart rate during a workout, and sleep and heart rate variability when it builds a workout. It saves your workouts to Health.
A scale that writes to Health shows up in Body by itself. Runs, rides and classes from Health can show in History; they never count toward your lifting.
Getting your data out
Settings, Data: Export workouts (CSV) and Export body data (CSV). The files import back, so they work as a backup.
Starting over
Settings, Start over, Erase all data and start over removes your log from this phone and your iCloud. It can't be undone, so export first.
Setlist Pro
Bought in the app through the App Store. To cancel, open the iOS Settings app, your name, Subscriptions. Your log stays when Pro ends. Pricing
